Working with Aaron is the one-in-million experience that you dream of. Aaron takes pride in his work, and it shows in his professionalism, recommendations, courtesy, updates, and the final work itself. The whole team at Mesa was prompt, helpful, and I couldn't ask for a better experience through a semi- sophisticated project replacing a furnace and water heater due to a pipe burst. I wish all contractors were like this, the world would be a far better place for it.

BEWARE of Mesa Plumbing, they are not a reputable company in any way shape or form. After hearing the pitch from the plumber about his 20 years + experience, how he definitely could resolve my water hammer issue and how Mesa Plumbing would stand by their work, I foolishly hired them. They were all smiles and super nice until they took my money and I reported back that my issue was not resolved with the work they did. After that they barely would answer my phone calls, came out one more time but never resolved the problem I paid them to fix (over 3k in work!). Eventually, they set their phone system to direct my calls right to voice mail without ever ringing; and won’t ever call me back.

If you are reading this please take this warning, DO NOT HIRE MESA PLUMBING. They will take your money and run, leaving you out in the cold. Terrible, terrible company.

Cody was awesome. Very professional and nice. He got it fixed quickly and went over everything so I could understand it.

Eric Kurello was the tech who came out today to give us a quote on a whole house humidifier. He was friendly and professional and explained the options to us without doing a hard sell of any kind. We will most likely hire Mesa to install this for us!

Eric was very professional and communicative. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it quickly.

I was having trouble with the upstairs shower leaking on to the ceiling of the office below. I called Masa plumbing heating cooling in Erie Colorado. On 12/30/2022 they sent out Robert Acosta.
Before he started the job he had me sign the estimate that was for $ 1,142.75 I ask him what he was going to do and how long would it take. I was told he was going to have to replace the pipe that goes down in the floor and it would take a couple of hours.

That is not the work that was done. He removed and replaced the connection at the top of the drain pipe wear the drain pipe connects to the shower pan. The bill states that this took him
.8 hour.

MEASA s paper work states that the job will will be Re-evaluated after the job is done and the cost will be adjusted this did not happen. I was charged $1,142.75 for .8 hour of work.

I called the MASA office and talked to the office manager and I ask for a itemized invoice she refused to give me one.

Robert Acosta was fast and professional. Mesa didn’t have any available appointments that day but was able to squeeze me in same day anyway. Great service!

Aaron went above and beyond. He was very thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions and is a delight to work with. We are looking forward to our spring AC checkup.

Robert did a great job with answering all questions, was very professional and cleaned up well when the job was done. Mesa charging over $500 to snake a pipe is a bit expensive but they were responsive and able to get the job done quickly.
