We stayed in a particular condo, sorry, the number will stay my secret, and it was beautiful. Some appliances need a little updating but the decorl, comfort, location and convenience made it a personal favorite. Recreation area is surprisingly nice and big too. Each condo comes with an assigned covered stall and three guest or additional parking stalls that are shared with other condos. Our owners keep their condo up to date and the management company does a pretty good job maintaining. I like the new checkin process that keeps you from having to personally pick up keys. There is a keypad to enter through the gated community and a keypad to enter your condo. For a few days, someone kept parking in our assigned stall but that's not anyone's fault, just the people that parked in it. It was a little walk to the rec area but not that bad when you get there. Again, pretty big. Ours came equipped with washer, dryer and all the amenities you'd expect, plus condiments left behind by past guests. We took the time to write in the owners diary to thank them for helping make our time a better experience. Mahalo Jenny and others I spoke with in making our time working, a much better experience! You guys rock! ?????
