Add ReviewThis company prowls the free websites, Plenty of Fish, for one and for certain. They got my information from POF and had the nerve to contact me calling from the same phone number to say I had contacted Matchmaker. I never did. I do know the owner from the bar scene in Destin. I know a girl who used to work for her who confirmed that they used plenty of Fish for a long time and the clients were upset because no one was available to meet. She said she had to field calls all the time because the owner could not afford to pay the rent on the office and, in the end, the owner, Denise Paravate, stopped paying her paycheck. Matchmaker had a tiny little office and use of a boardroom in their last location. I think she is working out of her dad's house now. She is living with her father, by the way. Matchmaker took people for thousands of dollars and ended up in such bad shape that the owner had no money to pay her only employee. There is no way, even if they were still open, that I would have anything to do with a "company" that leaves their employees hanging without a paycheck. That really tells you alot about character.Report
