The Service Department is great! Towed my Ram 5500 in for service. Renaud my Service Advisor called me the same day with a report on what was wrong. Renaud was courteous, knowledgeable, optimistic polite and very professional from beginning to end. He even told me he was making me a priority since I was from out of town. Always smiling and very pleasant to work with. I had to spend a little more than I wanted for repairs but that's usually how it goes at the dealer, Renaud made it all worth it because of his excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

Lied about financing. I went in with pre approval from my credit card company, they asked me if it was ok if they checked for better, so i said sure. they told me the company i was pre approved with was waaaaaay worse than Chryslers financing which was way higher than anything i was preapproved for. turns out, after calling my credit card company to ask why i was denied they said they offered 5% less than what i was given. with payments 90$ a month less (and helped me refinance to get exactly that)

Edit i should have checked out their F rating with the BBB before purchasing with them.

If you are talking about Santa Rosa's Lithia, my impression has ALWAYS felt that the parts dept is seriously lacking of staff. Their focus is about phone conversations in another room while customers like myself stand around looking for a bell at the counter to ring for service. I understand their lack of product and all the issues COVID related with container ships laying on the anchor but when I take the time to drive to Healdsburg, McConnell has two men on the computers AT THE COUNTER and parts usually in the back room. How is that??

Jesse at Lithia in Santa Rosa is the best!!! He helped me out so much in the final hour when it was time to purchase a car. He assisted me in looking for the right car and was super knowledgeable. When it came time to finance, my credit was less than ok and he made it happen for me.
