My husband and I had a cross country move to Colorado and things with Legacy at Fitz could not have gone any smoother! We LOVE our apartment and all the amenities provided. The front office staff and maintenance have been very responsive to any questions or concerns we've had. HIGHLY recommend checking this place out!

I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone moving to the Denver area. The staff here has helped my family tremendously with everything from move in to recommendations around the city. The property itself is really beautiful and is coming to life as they wrap up construction. Great area with a great price!

During my search process, the staff and Legacy was by far the most helpful, attentive, and just overall very pleasant to work with. Amy made the moving in process such a breeze! The apartment itself is new and very beautiful. It's conveniently located near many shopping plazas and the airport. I definitely have been enjoying my stay so far!

Amy was an absolute doll! She showed us the place, did her little diddy, and just killed it. If I could give her 9 stars, I totally would. This place is great and moving here was a breeze.
