This place is the last idea of "luxury" I prefer not to share the photos of feces all throughout the hallways on this platform but I will talk about the poor quality of community management that has taken over! Please whatever you don't sign here it's horrible and not worth the price. Very messy and poorly ran, the are always cops here every day making the community feel unsafe, major parties throughout the week so there is not concept of relaxation, overall would not make the choice to live here again

We have been working hard to turn this community around since we were acquired by a new management company. You noticed the changes that we were making around the community, and came to thank and congratulate us for these efforts. Because of this, we are disappointed to see you are no longer satisfied. La vida es un lugar hermoso para vivir , y estar en familia , tube varios problemas con la oficina y Manageer anterior , pero ahora que está el personar nuevo todo a sido increíble , Daniel y Carlos me pudieron ayudar a remendar muchos errores que los trabajadores anteriores causaron , sin dudas un trato increíble y muy amables los recomiendo 100%

La vida is such a beautiful place and I loved it when I first moved in but for the past few months or year the place has gone down and management didn't seem to care. Amazingly The new company that took over it's doing a great job, for two weekends in a row there has not been crazy parties by the pool which it's been the usual every weekend here for the past year. I had the opportunity to meet Carlos and Daniel last week and they were extremely nice and helpful, they even stayed with me for a few minutes guiding me through the new app to register my bank account to pay rent. They also listened to my concerns and seemed to care and also let me know that big changes were coming. I have very high hopes that with this new team la vida will be back to its origins and even better! Thank you Daniel and Carlos I will definitely renew after meeting with you :)

La Vida es una propiedad tan hermosa en una ubicación privilegiada. Ayer fui a la oficina y hablé con Chris. Fue muy informativo, amable y servicial con mis mil preguntas. Me dijo que estaban completamente ocupados, pero tomó mi información y me dijo que me llamaría el viernes si hay disponibilidad. Chris me llamó hoy, Jueves, para informarme que el apartamento que quería estará disponible para mi período de tiempo. El buen servicio no existe con tanta frecuencia como antes, así que solo quiero agradecer a Chris y La Vida por su atención y ayuda. Espero mudarme pronto.

I'm giving this 1 star because they have a very nice website advertising you can text, email or call to schedule a tour and I've tried all 3 with no success. There's no response whatsoever.
