Beautiful hotel with great staff. My only gripe is parking. You have to valet your car there is no other choice.

One of the worst night stays I've ever had. I explained to the front desk about my awful night and she didn't even care. I called and left a message and called again to talk to the manager and waiting 10 minutes until i spoke with her. She said someone will call me back the next day (Sunday) to take my incident report and she will call me after and no one called. There was a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the bed frame that i hit at night trying to wear my sandals (very painful), the AC unit kept making noise every time if came on and turned off causing me not to sleep. The AC was freezing when on and when off it took a long time to turn on so it was very warm in the room for a while. The bed was making noise every time I moved and the bathroom wasn't even clean and I didn't notice until i needed to use it.

We ordered food by the pool and nearly two hours later were told it wasn't coming and that the order never went through. Despite asking for an update repeatedly and inquiring about our order we did not get accurate information and we're left waiting with our two young boys. When we complained the management and staff were incompetent, unapologetic and rude.

Clean, beautiful, quiet!

I'd never thought I would say I had to "rough it" at a four star hotel, but that's exactly how I felt. The hotel has all the bravado of being a "Marriott" with nicely appointed rooms and great staff, but these so called cost saving measures the hotel has gone out of control. It dampened my experience.

My flight came in late and I wanted to be in a warm room. Turns out the temp control cant be changed without a worker changing it. I was exhausted and the room was so cold even after I turned the system off, that I had to sleep with a jacket on. The next day we asked for the room temperature to be turned up. And they did-two degrees more. They give you exactly two free bottles of water for the whole stay, which is absolutely ridiculous. If the convenience shop was in business, I would've gladly bought waters from there. On my last night, I decided I was tired of being cold and wanted to take a hot shower. Turns out, the temperature of the water doesnt even get that hot. I am so disappointed and cant wait to go home.
