Koons Baltimore Ford

I have had my truck there for service for a water leak they fixed the issue and 2 months later it's dying the same thing. Another issue is I had my tire there for a fix and they changed the wrong tire even on the ticket it tells you what tire is leaking. The service manager has no customer service skills and thinks his employees do no wrong. So I responded to the review for the service manager and called the number that is listed at the bottom of my review and he stated it must have been a mistake for him leaving his response when I called on 12/22/21. If you buy a car from them and it leaks twice and they are saying you have to pay for it and the truck is on two years old. Not only that the service manager told me that I'm not allowed to bring my vehicle there anymore and to take a "hike". Anyone would be upset that your car was not fixed the right time and same issue was happening and they are not trying to fix it or put you in a rental or loaner.

I posted last week about a bad experience I had back in April-May. The next day after posting that review, I was contacted by Dorise in the body shop. She wanted to hear what happened, and when I told her she said no one had told her about it, and she was genuinely upset. I appreciated her wanting to make it right. Even months after the incident, she ordered the right door handles, hooked me up with a rental car for the day, and said she wanted to have my car detailed. When I picked up my car, my door handles matched and everything was clean! Thankfully the man who gave me lackluster service no longer works there and this time around my experience was fantastic. I truly appreciate them making it right after all this time!

Best customer service I've received in MANY, MANY Years!! If you are looking for a Ford dealership to service your vehicle, Koons will exceed your expectations. They will take care of you! The drive is a bit far for me, but I won't be going anywhere else. They've earned a customer for life! My service liaison was Jon and he is the reason for this rating!!

I was looking for a Mustang Mach E and stumbled across Koons while making several phone calls to Ford dealerships on the east coast. Since were in a sellers market it was unlikely to find anything out there on the lot, much less something matching my preferences. I left my number with multiple dealerships including Koons in case anything was suddenly available. Aamar (Dany) from Koons gave me a call later in the week and had the exact car I was looking for. It was a hot model and color, and he had multiple people interested and remained loyal to me since I was among the first to call. I signed the very same day. To further add to their outstanding service, he and a colleague drove the car over to me in New York to deliver the car. Literally door to door service! I'd like to give Koons, Aamar, and Steve on the Finance team all a 5 star rating for their professionalism, loyalty, and smooth process on my first Ford purchase and will be recommending them to friends and family. Great experience with Derek Lewis (Sales) and Matt Legare (Finance) at Koons Ford. The whole transaction was completed electronically - so nice to not be subjected to 4 hours inside a showroom, and no pushy sales tactics. Derek offered a fair price on my trade, great price on my purchase and the whole deal was conducted in less than an hour by phone and email. Paperwork sent electronically and vehicle picked up next day. Koons has incredible stock (no other local dealers have anything right now due to supply chain issues) and it was so nice to be treated well and get the transaction done smoothly. I have never purchased from Koons before but I will be back

We drove over an hour to get our car from Koons. They had by far the largest selection and the best customer service I ever experienced. Their sales consultant Keith Schopman sent us videos of the actual cars on the lot as he knew we would come a long way. We picked our Mach E based on the video footage and info he provided. He even charged the car as he knew we had a longer way back home. Professional and courteous! Recommending to anyone considering a Ford.
