Excellent service for our downtown Richmond wedding in Oct 2022. We did an hourly large shuttle and a sedan, and our drivers were excellent. Vehicles comfortable and clean. The sedan was definitely luxury and nice. Highly recommend

We hired James Limousine for 3 families and children to experience a Richmond tacky light tour last night and it was the best!! Robert was our driver and SO patient and kind to the children [especially for multiple stop requests for restroom breaks!], they handled the route for us, picked us up from The Estate at River Run, dropped us back off once it was over. The whole evening was SO enjoyable and stress-free for all of the adults involved. 10 out of 10 recommend it!!

From the office to the driver, everything was great. The vehicle was clean. The driver was knowledgeable and personable. We got to see a ton of lights. It could not have gone better from start to finish.

The vehicle was comfortable and in perfect condition. The office staff were also incredibly helpful during the booking process. We would highly recommend James Limousine!

I've used them twice. Once years ago for a tacky light tour, and just recently as a car services to take my mother to the airport. Both experiences were exceptional. I can't remember the tacky light tour driver, he was British, and somewhat well known as I told people about the tour later and they said they always request him. Denny drove my mother to the airport and was extremely helpful and provided great service for her. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service for the Tacky Light Tour. Brett was our driver and he was very attentive and helpful on the tour. Pick up on time without difficulty. Ongoing communication was great. Would highly recommend.
