Manager Crystal is absolutely a beautiful person inside and out. Made my husband and I rental experience stress-free. She’s pleasant, patient and professional. Also a great referral source- recommended VA moving company owner Austin Moschler to assist with our relocation needs. A testament that she’s surrounded around other great professionals. An great asset to the company. Based on our experience, we would recommend this Williamsburg’s Jack Rabbit MerrimacTrail storage location/Manager, Crystal to friends and family.

Came into rent a second unit and also reserve the truck my experience was top notch and Sydney was very professional and helpful. I will rent from Jack Rabbit again.

After a year, my entire storage unit was covered in mold. Nothing in my unit was damp or would lead to a mold problem. The worst of it was in completely unopened boxes of kitchen ware - they were still in the manufacturer’s packaging. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars worth of items that just aren’t salvageable - including a family heirloom dining set. The only response I got is that they aren’t liable for mold.
