Michelle had the worst attitude when I tried to explain to her that I was trapped behind the gate as an Uber driver without a code. Unnecessary to dismiss and hang up on me basically. We have security gates that require a code to enter and exit the facility. From what we can tell from our gate activity, you had a code to enter the facility and upon exiting the facility you entered a different incorrect code.
