I've been a customer since 2016 and recently bought a truck from the Romulus location. The whole purchase process was quick and easy. Brian kemski and his finance team were impressive throughout this process. The parts department is very knowledgeable which makes purchasing parts easy. I highly recommend all services at this location.

We had the need for a new 33k GVW truck. Everyone we contacted said delivery would be at least 1 year out. I reached out to Brian K at Interstate Trucksource and within 5 days a truck was delivered to us to test drive. A few days later we took possession. The process was easy, fast, and fair. I purchased a truck with these guys back in May of 22. Im located in Louisiana and them in Michigan. Brian Kemski was the salesmen and has been incredible to deal with. They delivered the truck down here on a very quick timeliness. To this day I still call him when having issues with different things and he's always willing to help however he can. Great guy. Always kept true to his word even to this day.
The truck was as advertised. The only complaint is that all the filters had dates 2/01/21 and were definitely needing to be changed. Thankfully we saw them before any issues arose. Just a heads up to anyone else buying a second hand truck always check the filters and consumables date. It's definitely not a deal breaker though as I am in line to purchase another truck with them in May of 23. If you think about purchasing with them ask for Brian and he will do right by you.

Everyone at this shop has been wonderful. The communication and follow through is far better than I have received at other shops. They really do put their customer's needs first and the shop is clean! I would recommend anyone with a Mack in the area to check this facility out.
