First of all frustrated 2021 Outback only 13,500 miles and found oil leak. Took it week ago to get checked they had to put dye in it and was told bring it back in week. Went this morning for recheck and they said they don't see leak when clearly they said there was one last week. I told them we have pictures and my husband is mechanic and was one that found leak. Also, same vehicle and turbo engine reported same issue June of this year.
I was then told nothing they can do at this time bring it back in 6 thousand miles to recheck

I recently purchased a new Crosstrek from Ziegler. I am from Illinois and have been searching for a 2021 Crosstrek for a couple months and I was having a problem getting exactly what I wanted out here. So I decided to look online and see if Indiana had anything and sure enough Ziegler had exactly what I was looking for in the color, type and price range and so I called and talked with Kody and he was so helpful and I ended up putting a down payment on the car that day. They even went the extra mile and had someone come all the way out from Indiana to pick me up and bring me back there to get my car. I can't say enough good things about these people!! Highly recommend them.

Service was good and all was explained when I picked up my Outback. I have been coming to this location which Is now under new ownership for five years. The only thing that I noticed was that in all past visits my car was washed and vacuumed. Not this time. Just curious as to why. I can't give five stars, but would give 4.5 stars.
