I travel alot to NYC from Miami and I always pick Sonesta hotel in white plains because it has everything walking distance and because they are extremely clean the staff is excellent from the front desk to the restaurant, they treat me great. And i want to take the time to thank Melvin, Jose, Carlos and Alex the manager you guys are great . Also The bartenders ????

Stayed here for a few days while in this area on personal business. Nice hotel and super great location and comparably priced.
Shopping mall literally across the street. Tons of restaurants and so on nearby.
If I had to find a reason to complain about anything I would say that I would have preferred to have a microwave in the room rather than in the hallway, but that is just being petty.
Definitely would stay there again if I need to go back to this area.

Positive: comfortable and spacious. Negative: Bad lighting in the room.

Great place to stay!! I have been coming here since The crown plaza days and Sonesta will keep me and my family as guests whenever in NY. Special thanks to Sarah in the restaurant for being extra accommodating and making my business trip one to enjoy. Definitely coming back!!!
