I have ALWAYS been out of shape and NEVER into exercising, sports, or any true physical activities! When I started my better health journey this past Fall, I knew at some point I would need to incorporate “movement “ it into my life.Report
My daughter invited me to try out HOTWORX with her, insisting I “could do this”! I was VERY doubtful but I decided to give it a try, thinking to myself “you could always just lay there for the class of you can stand the heat”.
WELL....let me tell you, it was the BEST thing I could have ever done and am so very thankful that my daughter pushed me to come! HOTWORX had changed my life for the better, and I feel like there is nothing I can’t do!
To add to that...not only is the experience of coming in to workout in these saunas amazing satisfying, but the owners and their team are wonderful at making you feel comfortable and the communication is spot on. Very Professional! I feel they truly care and are passionate about others getting healthy!
