We stayed December 18 for a night to celebrate my birthday. All the staff were super friendly. Kia was amazing. When we entered our room, there were balloons, a beautiful design made ouf towels and some pink and red petals with a card to enjoy my birthday. Thank u ??

Enjoyed the design, location, staff, gym, waterfall and fire pit. Overall a great experience.

Hotel's location is excellent for entertainment and touring with its being in the middle of Las Olas Boulevard and the first stop of water taxi. Hotel restaurants are a great added value, with Boathouse great location right on the water front and great menu and service, as well as Golden Line and Indigo restaurants in front with delicious food and great service. Hotel grounds are beautiful with inner gardens with ample seating and shade and beautiful pool with riverfront views. Hotels lobby is beautifully decorated for the holidays and a live music is a great experience. Working fireplaces in the lobby add to the holiday spirit it and create cozy ambiance. Our king size room with balcony was spacious and comfortable, clean, beautifully appointed with ample supply of toiletries and towels. Microwave in the ice machine area and a small fridge in the room is convenient. .

This was our third time at the Hotel Indigo on a combined business/leisure trip and it won't be our last!

Upon check out I told the desk agent about the problems with our room. Clock alarm went off at 3:30am, couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Air conditioning unit was loud, had to turn it off so we sleep. Compressor on refrig was very loud, had to get up in the middle of the night to unplug it. Terrible night.
The desk agent told me she would put points in my account for the inconvenience..never happened.

Great location and great location. The bikes are great to cruise around town, marinas and parks.
Room was very clean and comfortable.
Very easy to get to multiple attractions and nightlife.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is local or passing through. Also a nice bar and food options in and out of the hotel.
