Thanks for a very nice hotel.
The weather in Columbus was rainy in Friday and Saturday morning related to the devastating storm system and the sideways rain and wind hit the hotel hard but we were cozy and snug in the nice warm hotel. Thanks.

Clean, nicely decorated, friendly staff and greeted by a four month ole puppy!!!

One of the best Hotels I have been to. The Staff go out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect. The Food is above what you expect from a Hotel.

I have to say most of all I love the beds they were so so comfortable .the staff was excellent especially the girl when I checked in I can't remember her name she had red hair very nice very helpful. and the cook the cook stayed and talked to me for well over an hour Even when it was time for him to go home. Even the lady that cleaned my room she was very nice spoke perfect English I do appreciate that. But most of all I like the atmosphere very laid-back very friendly everybody had a smile on their face it wasn't a stressful job like you said most hotels especially at the front office and yes I will recommend this hotel thank you
