Horizon Spine and Sport is Henderson, Nevada's most advanced chiropractic office. HSS integrates the latest techniques in chiropractic, spinal decompression, sports injury care and postural rehabilitation. Horizon Spine and Sport is only the second chiropractic/medical office in the country to offer Sanexas electroanalgesia, a revolutionary drug-free pain relief therapy currently in use by many professional athletic organizations including the Atlanta Hawks. In addition, HSS offers an on-site x-ray facility and medical pain management referral. Horizon Spine and Sport is co-directed by Dr. Chuck Badger and Dr. Shira Hornfeld. As graduates of Southern California University of Health Sciences, the doctors have been practicing chiropractic physicians in Southern California for the last six years. During that time, they have had the priviledge of treating many families, active seniors and athletes ranging from the recreational to the professional level.
