Holiday Inn Resorts West Bay Beach

Can tell that the hotel is the old Holiday Inn, there was staining on the walls and headboard. Pool door was locked and wouldn't work with key card despite being open for another couple hours. Otherwise, fantastic staff, very helpful front desk man, beautiful grounds. We stayed to ride out a snowstorm and were not disappointed.

We were power outage refugees.
They had a promotion for locals that needed a warm place to stay..
Had been there since Holiday Inn days..
The place is top notch and I don't know how they assembled a staff of such friendly people that at every opportunity did everything possible to make you feel welcome!
Well done!
Activities..pool and common areas were well done..

During a storm that knocked out thousands of people's power (in December with no heat!), Delamar offered their rooms for anyone with a power outage for only $69 a night. So often when tourist-oriented companies like hotels come to TC, it feels at the expense of the locals - but I didn't feel that here! I am very grateful they were so considerate of our community.

The stay itself was great. Clean, cozy, and well decorated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family who are visiting. A kind act goes a long way!

After having another local hotel cancel our brunch on the day of our wedding, the Delamar staff was beyond accommodating to make our brunch for the day after our wedding happen and be even better than we had imagined. The setting was beautiful with great views of Lake Michigan combined with a perfect space for our family. The food was phenomenal and the service was even better thanks to Carolyn and Janet. Our only regret was not booking them in the first place! They helped save our family brunch and make our wedding weekend so special!
