We here annually without much complaint, until today. There were no towels in the bathroom. After spending a late evening celebrating Christmas with family, we were looking forward to sleeping in. Not to happen here. You can look forward to a 7 am generator test. It was extremely loud and the front desk could not tell us what was going on. Upon speaking with them at checkout, they had an uncaring attitude. No apology for not notifying us of the test at check-in. Would not recommend this property unless you want woken up earlier than you plan.

there is no breakfast available. the money you spend at this location you would think would be an upgraded Holiday Inn Express, this is not an updated Holiday Inn Express. I have stayed at plenty of the Holiday Inn Express's and this one is the worst one yet. I will never stay at this one again until i have read that there has been an upgrade.
