Great place

Hot tube was gross and the pool was crazy cold. Went to the front desk to say something about it and was just pushed off like ok what do you want me to do about it.

This location and it's front desk staff are the epitome of unprofessional. We were lied to about our reservation, promised calls back to make it right and hung up on repeatedly when asking to speak to a manager. If the receptionist Nicole is handling your reservation then I suggest asking for someone else because she is extremely hateful and had a tendency to maje up facts when it's convenient for her

The Front desk agent Nichole was so nice and knowledgeable. The room was filthy and furniture was peeling, dirty, and just gross. This was a jacuzzi suite, but because of the cleanliness and furniture in the room we were very, very, dissatisfied! Brought it to the attention of staff but never received any assistance.

Room needs renovation, bath as well. Leather couch cushions we split from age. TV remote didn't work. Breakfast had no or very few vegan/vegetarian options. Coffee was always empty.

Dated rooms and facilities but attentive and helpful staff.

Thank you to the night staff for excellent customer service. It was my daughter Birthday weekend and they made her feel special for her Birthday. The room was excellent also. We will return in the future.

Although the pull out couch in our room was tore, the overall stay was great and the rooms were clean.
