Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Des Moines-Northwest

Joan at the front desk is so welcoming and kind! I feel like family when I arrive. Bennigan's on site restaurant has very good dinners and breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel many times because of the convenience for both pleasure and business. Have never had any problems there. Very friendly.

Bennington good eats pricy but well worth$$$ clean rooms and safe protocols good over all

Room was cold even with the heat up to 85. The fridge wasn't very cold, the tub was dirty, not enough towels and washrags, and they didn't clean and restock the room while I was out.

The pool and gym were open. Our suite was spacious and pretty sound proof during our stay. Planning to stay here again!

The hotel staff were very courteous and polite. Room was clean and well taken care of.

Should not be told there is a jacuzzi when there is not one.

I booked online and was able to check in early around 12pm. That was great because I arrived earlier than expected and was tired. Room was great and loved the breakfast. Will stay here again next time I'm in town.
