A great place to stay if visiting Raleigh. The front desk staff were great! Had my 6 year old granddaughter with me and they were very nice and made her feel very happy! The whole experience was very nice!

I flew in to have surgery, the hotel was wonderful. The room was very clean. I requested to be close to an entrance and even though people was going in and out we never heard people coming and going. The breakfast was ok but believe they need to up thier gain a little in that department. Security was awsome to gain entrance you had to have a room key/card. As far as the cost to stay I believe no hotel should raise the cost just because it's a weekend that was truly the only done fall with this hotel.

Reasonable for access to NCSTATE The room was clean. Staff wiped down tables throughout breakfast service. There is a pool that had a lot of activity.

We've had to travel to Raleigh several times for our pet to have surgery so a comfortable and safe place to stay while we wait is important. The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful.

This hotel had the most courteous and professional staff I have encountered at a hotel. They always had a smile on their face and were more than happy to answer any questions I had even when it didn't concern the hotel but just asking about places to eat and things like that. The cleaning staff were also very nice. The hotel was very nice for the price and convenient to the location I had to go each day. It was the first time at this hotel but I have stayed at other hotels in the area.

I stay here often for business. Hotel is always clean and safe - perfect! In particular, Crystal has always been incredibly professional, courteous and friendly at the front desk. Great job!
