I would give 5 stars for the staff and their service!***

The 3 stars are for the condition of the hotel itself and the price being paid for said rooms. Because we chose to use our points (on some of our rooms) they forced us to stay at this location 30 minutes away from our family. We were there for a funeral. Driving an extra 30 minutes in the dark, in a different state, on top of dealing with grieving, made that trip extra stressful.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Logan Ohio on Nov 13th. My kids were so excited to play in the pool once we arrived. It was clean and the water was warm. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and hot. My kids loved the pancake maker. I also wanted to give a shout out to the front desk staff (I spoke on the phone with Jill). Once I returned home, I noticed that my very nice headphones were missing. I called the hotel front desk and asked if they happen to find my headphones. I knew it was a long shot and did not expect them to be found. Sure enough, they had them! Jill was so nice on the phone and offered to mail them to me. This truly made my day (And Christmas!) and now I don't have to buy myself new headphones for Christmas. Thank you so much Holiday Inn Express in Logan Ohio! We will be back!

Very clean and nice staff the pool was clean and I he food was decent the dolly carts were kinda hard to use but better then normally and the elevator was fast

Beds were comfy. Didn't have a chance at the pool but it looked nice. Pet friendly which was a blessing. Biscuits at breakfast were not the best but the sausage was very good.
