Holiday Inn Bangor

Been staying here for years. The renovations are complete a d the place us great.

Clean rooms and friendly people. Great shuttle service and a solid breakfast.

From the start to finish the staff was awesome. Always very helpful and made our stay great. Easy parking and access to the rooms around the property. We had large vehicles and they were able to accommodate them in the rear with no issues.

The bed and pillows were to perfection and it was easy to relax. The breakfast was not only tasty, perfect bacon, but the woman who made it was friendly and this is always very welcoming especially in these times.

The room was dirty, specifically a hair on the ceiling of the shower that wasn't ours. The refrigerator hummed...the entire stay. There were guests on our floor drunk, loud and slamming doors all during the evening, through the night and in the morning. A black tar type substance was on the sink counter top. Housekeeping came to our room shortly after 9am, waking us up after an already sleepless night.

We have used thus hotel on several occasions over the years. It is conviently located near shopping areas and restaurants and is easy to get in and out of right off Interstate 95. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with every thing you need. The hotel has a restaurant, indoor pool, fitness center and business center .we will definitely be back again and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay when in the Bangor area.

Overall our stay was excellent. There were several frustrating times when outside key devices did not operate correctly.
Staff was professional and helpful. Food from Pete and Larry was very good.

Great place, great staff and clean hotel. We were greater kindly and lived our room. It was bright and well appointed.
