In my brief experience working with Brad he was prompt in responding to me, full of good advice, and very willing to help. He assisted me in getting my home ready to rent. I ended up not being in a position to rent my home, and he was very understanding and even refunded me my deposit.

All in all he has been an excellent resource, and I greatly look forward to working with him again in the future when I move out of the area.

The staff at High Point Property Management has been so excellent to work with! Brad is really accommodating and is very responsive when there’s a need. Any issue I had has been met with utmost support and help.

I would absolutely recommend renting through this company.

Quality and genuine service/care for my property in CO that the HighPoint team is helping rent out/manage! Great decision made since I’m not available full time for tenants needs like Brad and his team is!

Very Greedy!!! Brad will ask for Tenant Placement Fee (50%) on top of monthly service fee (10%). You will end up paying 1.7 months of your rental income to him as fees! That's exorbitant, for a local property manager with minimal overhead. Look elsewhere. Professional companies with great service do not charge for tenant placement fee if you pay for monthly service fee.

The worst experience I have ever had renting a home. Abusive contract clauses. The house was delivered to us dirty and moldy. They did not take care of the cleaning and even though we returned it in perfect condition, they charged us 500 dollars for cleaning. my advice: look elsewhere

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you had trouble understanding the lease terms and conditions, but we do require a third party maid service between tenants. We wish you the best and remember to be grateful in spite of your suffering.
