HawkLaw, P.A.

Please do not use this law firm. They are out for a payday and not for the client. My daughter had a car accident and the Hawk Law attorney rushed her through the process so he could get his money. He closed her suit before she was finished seeing a doctor!!

Not impressed with the way this law firm is handling my husband's case. My husband was involved in a catastrophic accident when a vehicle pulled out in front of his and he had to be airlifted to the hospital. Our bills are reaching critical status, my husband's lawyer isn't even available to speak with him ever, the paralegal is rude, unhelpful, and uninformative. We can't get a loan because he currently has over $100,000 in hospital debt that isn't being paid despite him having insurance on his vehicle and the other car also having insurance on their vehicle. The lawyer says
hawklaw does not do medical malpractice so we have to find another lawyer to handle the medical malpractice aspect of his lawsuit and one to get him reimbursed for his vehicle and for the towing and storage fee.

Very displeased

They were very helpful. Kept me posted on what was going on. Returned my phone calls promptly.

I was hurt in an accident and had no idea of how to handle it so I was referred to HawkLaw. They contacted me immediately and got on the case. At the time I was the one and only caregiver for my wife who is afflicted with Parkinson's. My time was consumed caring for her and I got behind in dealing with the injury case. HawkLaw stepped in filled the gap for me, achieving a settlement also twice what the insurance company offered. They even delivered papers to my home in Hilton Head, hours away from their office so that I could be with my wife. They were effective, efficient and most of all caring. There are a lot of lawyers out there with ads on TV, claiming lots of things. My experience is that HawkLaw can match or beat any of them in the law arena, and the caring and meeting personal needs they provide puts them at the top of the pack. Call them-hire them. They are great.
