Guys did a great job cleaning up the area before laying down the beautiful obsidian rock. I am very pleased with the look. Great job!!!

The material, quality and pricing were fine.
However, as the delivery was being made, the driver did not want to come back-up any further into the property.
Which was fine, but he immediately responded the worst way possible. Angrily indicating that he was going to "leave the material there, or take it back". That customer service attitude was just horrible. My husband even had an additional tip in his hand for him, but it was obviously not called for in this occasion.

Not sure why he could not have replied with a simple: "Sorry, can't go back any further" instrad of giving us that bad attitude this morning.

Hi Sylvia, Thank you for your review, while we do strive to provide the best possible service at all times, occasionally the ball gets dropped. I have spoken with the driver and his response was not right and for that we apologize. I have spoken to him about other ways he could have responded that would have been better customer service. The area along the side of the house was too tight to continue getting back any farther. He did tell your husband that and your husband told him to go forward and get closer to the house which his mirrors were nearly touching already as well as the fence on the other side. That was when he responded that it either needed to be placed where it was at, or in front, or he could return with the product. We do not want to damage your property or ours in an attempt to fit a truck in places. From a delivery perspective we can only guarantee drop sites that are curbside or in the driveway. Anything other than that is up to the desecration of the driver and whether they feel comfortable enough that they can safely make it work without damaging property. I do apologize for how the driver responded and I would be happy to offer you a credit toward a future purchase for your experience. These guys make it so easy for the average home owner to order and price out their landscape projects. Even if you're a newbie like myself. Have ordered tons of stuff through them and would recommend anyone to utilize them. Great customer service.

Great price and I shopped around!! Had 5 yards of gravel delivered. He came during the hour he said he would and was Very polite. I recommend! Their phone number accepts text as well. Even though google shows their hours on weekdays from 4 to 8, he delivered between 11 and 12 which was great for us.

I've ordered a bunch of gravel through this company for my yard. Customer service was excellent and I love how they break down the pricing. Great communication as well, definitely recommend them.

Jon was very friendly, on time and efficient, I've used him for a few deliveries, he always brought the right product and tried to accommodate me in where I needed it placed. Great service all around, I would recommend to anyone in need of landscaping materials delivered!
