Purchased a 2021 Ford F-250 Black Widow Edition here at the Santa Rosa Ford dealership and the experience was fun. There where a bit of complications but they made everything work out. Our salesman was Jorge and Finance guy was Joey was awesome working with them for the purchase.

He traído mi carro a servicio por mas de 3 años y esta última vez pague 1,000 dls por cambio de aceite,batería y un diagnostico q m dejo insatisfecha ya que le quitaron a mi carro el aire frío y cuando llamo quedaron en regresarme la llamada sigo esperando aun fui al dealer y que no tienen tiempo debo dejar mi carro ahí por mas de 1 día

Dealer was marking up the Mach-E $10,000 over MSRP and quoted $1,300 mo. lease payment. Wow! Ford's own website estimates an $800 lease payment based on the build and lists multiple incentives. We asked to speak to the general manager and he doubled down that it doesn't make sense to sell them for any less. We ended up buying a Mercedes-Benz later that day. Sadly, we got a call the next day that they're going to start "making deals" and we should come back. This kind of experience is why people hate buying cars. There are reputable dealers out there but you might need to drive to Fairfield. We're still going to buy a Mach-E to replace our other car but will order it elsewhere.

Do not waste your time. Tried to mark the car up $10,000. The internet dept will not answer your questions, and when you get there. The car is hand written $10,000 mark up. Go somewhere else

Service department is the worst, not knowledgeable, you buy a new car financed through ford from ford and would expect to get some sort of customer service? But not from Hansel, treated like a number, stand in the service department and all of the service writers just stare at there computers not looking up, nobody says hey how are you? Be with you in just a sec, nope not a word finally I say hey can I get some help they say oh yea what can I help you with?? I was charged when I have a warranty, never have loaners ever, here's an idea read the room Hansel if you never have loaners for your customers GET MORE! I have purchased 6 fords from Hansel and this will be the last never again.
