I had three jobs done by the Glassman. Two things were ok. The third was a window and terrible. I tried to get Bob Waring the owner to come and look at it and make it right. He was terrible he wouldn't come out to check the window. Terrible customer service or lack of it. He said he was to busy to take care of us. "Over promises" and under delivers. Run from this business. Shoddy work and doesn't stand behind or warranty work.Report
