Cole the sales rep was great very informative about the products and services made the process very easy. Paco the installer was also great he explained the process to me and finished almost exactly the time he said they would and the garage floor looks wonderful.

I found Galaxy on Facebook or should I say Galaxy found me...who knows. Either way I'm glad it happened. From beginning to end I felt like the whole process was seamless and easy. Franki knew I had a short window and made sure my garage could get done in time. I was thoroughly impressed with her business acumen and product knowledge. She wasn't shy to answer my questions and explain things I didn't understand. She left me feeling confident this was the company I should use.

The 2 fellas that came to do the work were clean, polite, and prepared. I liked the courtesy call before they showed up. They did a great job!

All in all my floor looks awesome!

When Jesse came out he explained the product and was very honest and knowledgable about it. Galaxy has a great General manager and we couldn't be any more happier . Paco and his crew were incredible. They know what they are doing and had no fear. Any thing that was going to happen they can do it because they are so experienced. Finally Carlos came out to see how things were going and addressed any issues that needed to be fixed. He then came out a second time and gifted us with a mug. This was the best experience we have ever had. We LOVE our new floor. thank you Galaxy!

We had difficulty in scheduling until Jesse, the new sales manager
was inserted into the equation. He came to the house after multiple delays in getting the date right like 5 months from time we signed the contract and brought his project manager, Carlos. We needed reassurance, we needed a new date that would be quick after the delays and were rewarded with a phone call from Carlos that Galaxy would be here the next day. Carlos was here at 8 AM and Jesse came by with Carlos around midday. Service could not have been better--not true inmost of our recent experiences. We are happy and best of all, Galaxy as represented by Jesse and Carlos is happy. How could it be better?

We are elated that you are enjoying your new “out of this world” patio.

Jesse was our salesperson and we were very pleased with his presentation of the product. Ray $ Kyle were the installers and though we are very happy with the finished product we felt they did not perform the process correctly after the first installation which required several more visits. We were satisfied with Carlos the production manager for rectifying the problem.
