Mark me down as being very satisfied with Florida Comfort. Have used them for 14 years. They installed our A/C System and have maintained it under contract every year. Prompt, professional, and courteous. Recently Edwin is our tech rep. What a pleasure he is to deal with.

Calling Florida Comfort Systems was the best decision I could have made on a Saturday morning! I was panicking as my A/C broke on a Friday evening after hours. Knowing how hot it gets here, I needed it repaired ASAP. I called the company and was greeted by a very amiable woman. She told me the technician would get back to me within the next 20-30 minutes.....the technician called me almost IMMEDIATELY after hanging up with the call center. The technician Jacob told me he could be at my house within the next 15 minutes....on a SATURDAY! He was extremely polite, helpful, and efficient. He drained the lines, cooled down our system, showed us how to prevent the problem from reoccurring and everything was up and running within 30-40 minutes of him being there. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WORK!!! Could not recommend a better company in SWFL.

Great company for annual service! I also recently had to have a new unit put in and the whole process was smooth and you could tell everyone cared about what they did. The installers were professional & respectful and answered all questions I had with the new unit.

I have been using this company for years and I am always happy with their service. The staff at Florida Comfort Systems is very friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. The person who helps you set up the appointment is very knowledgeable about what service you need and the technician is very efficient and explains what he needs to do to make sure your system is working properly. I definitely recommend using this company.

Always have a wonderful experience with this company! They send out people ASAP and are so professional! They also did a wonderful job installing a new unit for a relative- at a cost lower than several competitors! I highly recommend!

Denny has been doing repairs and maintenance for me for years. He and his team have installed new HVAC units in my home and business. They are timely, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Florida Comfort Systems for any HVAC needs!

I would like to thank Denny and the entire staff from the receptionist to Matt in the service department for their outstanding service and expertise when it comes to air conditioning units, clean air equipment and maintenance plans. I have been a customer since 2008. I have realized the promos for service plans you get in the mail are just not worth it! Florida Comfort Systems are the "geeks" of Air Conditioners and clean air filtration systems. The adage of, "you get what you pay for" holds true to this company. I pay a little more but, in the end, I get reliable service, clean air and great customer service. Thanks, Denny, for your commitment to the customer!

I called Florida Comfort Systems from a recommendation of a friend and was very satisfied with results. My call to request service was answered immediately by a very pleasant woman who set the appt. The service technician arrived timely and Nelson was very efficient, polite, wore his mask appropriately. I highly recommend this agency for service.
