Ordered a leather strap for my wife on October and was told it will take 8 weeks (which is pretty ridiculous for the wait, but we understand because of COVID and all). I was hoping to have it by Christmas, but we then found out that the order was NEVER PLACED! No only that the sales lady is acting like she have no idea what is going on, she then trying to tell us that it will take at lease 3 months. Overall, very rude and she hang up the phone on us and refuse to give us refund

Jorge was very friendly, transparent, and professional. I called Jorge several times to inquire about the Chopard Happy Sport and he was very patient with me. I then special ordered the watch and specifically asked him to keep the watch in its original package until I pick it up, which he did. After I picked up my watch I tried few more other watches on my hand, and again Jorge was very patient with me even though he was quite busy at the time. Highly recommended Jorge if you are looking to buy watches!

The Timepiece Collection is a great local AD. I occasionally walked into to see what was available and to my surprise Omega Aqua Terra Worldtimer watch was available on display in store. Jorge was very friendly and professional, he demonstrated watch to me, we discussed other options and we agreed that I will decide and come next day. Next day I came and got my dream watch. His conversation was engaging and fun with no sale pitch pressure. Although they did not have the one I wanted in the store, he made the ordering process very easy. He even noticed and communicated a defect in the strap and had another one shipped quickly.
