Excellent Dental Specialists and staff

I went there because I had a crown that was loosely being held in by temporary cement and because I have known cavities. Upon arrival they let me know the doctor was running almost an hour behind and asked if that was okay. Since I'd made the appointment more than a month prior, I waited. Once in the room I overheard some of employees saying the doctor was in a poor mood. That was evident immediately. After having a full set of xrays done, the doctor came in and was barely in the room long enough to say hi and to have a look at my teeth and loose cap before saying that I no cavities and that my cap is snuggly on. All they did was take xrays. Not too long after I received a bill stating I owed nothing. Now I suddenly owe them a good chunk of change and my cap popped off. Call the patient if your doctor is behind that far before they drive through rush hour to get there. If someone says their cap needs to be recemented, believe them. It is a well made cap and is made to fit snuggly. Don't send one bill saying a patient owes nothing then another, sometime later, saying they owe quite a bit and check your voicemails! Your voicemail box was full. I will not visit this office or any associated with them again.

Everyone in the Babcock office was so nice. It was my first time and they gave me a tour of the office as well as a welcome gift. I was especially impressed with Lyla! She really took the time to explain the procedures and seemed to genuinely care. Thanks for an awesome first experience Excellent Dental!

It was a great experience the staff was great and very prompt i had no pain after my deep cleaning i would recommend him to anybody thanks to all of you at the clinic.

Best cleaning services I have had. On a 4 month follow up and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Weber and staff since the beginning of the year. I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received from them. Everyone you interact with from the moment you walk through the door is bright and welcoming. I have had a few pricey procedures and they have been helpful and accommodating, allowing payment arrangements that had lessened the financial burden that often comes with dental work. The customer service at EDS is wonderful and should be considered the gold standard for Dentists and Doctors alike! I will continue to strongly recommend them to anyone including friends, family, coworkers, and patients!
