I found Jenna Wulf Esq. on a google search for a Lawyer who would help me with disclosure on a newly purchased home that became a nightmare. On the third day I moved in my new home it was raining very hard. There were leaks coming down from my porch roof and there was a hole with rotted fascia and soffit along the porch channel bar and the house roof. This hole was hidden by a tall cabinet.
The house had been rented out and I had asked the property mgr aka The sellers realtor, several times if there were any leaks in the home and the Property Mgr/realtor said no. I called in three roofers who all said that leak had been there for a long time.
I called Jenna Wulf, and sent her photos, and a video. And explained what had happened.
Jenna Wulf was able to resolve my issue very quickly and get me the settlement money I was happy with in so i can now get a new porch roof and get the fascia and soffit replaced. Jenna Wulf is a tough lawyer and she will get your issue resolved. I recommend her 100%!

Stay far away from this law firm. Terrible experience with these people- they overbilled, are unresponsive, and very difficult to deal with.

Jenna is an amazing attorney. She genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. She is extremely knowledgeable, has great attention to details and is a killer when she's in fight mode. ;)
