They say one thing on the phone and then you wait for the phone call and they never ring back. I ranged them and told them I need it quick and still never got the rong back now its weekend so have to wait again till monday. Not trusted at all would not recomand at all!!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY. They tried telling me my dog was 100% a Siberian husky (I know the mother of my dog and it's not a husky but I do not know the father) THERE ANSWER: They only have a selection of dogs to match against and if they don't have it they cannot give me anymore information. Then they told me my dog was 8 years old (I have had my dog since a puppy and it is approximately 4 to 4.5 years old) THERE ANSWER: They can only give the dogs chronological age. I then received an email saying my results were contaminated I asked SARA SMITH FROM EASYDNA does that mean my dog is getting retested. She says that email was a mistake the labs lab results were correct and they will not be a retest. I did ask for a refund and I was told NO

Dear Customer. We are sorry to hear your experience with our company was not satisfactory. However, we do want to clarify once again regarding the tests you have ordered. With regards to the dog genetic age test, as explained both on our website and on our emails, it is important to note that biological age is different than chronological (actual age) since it provides insight into the predicted longevity and health of the tested dog. The Canine Age test measures the length of a dog's telomeres, the protective caps at the end of each chromosome that tend to shorten with age. The telomere length is processed through the Canine Genetic Age database so that it can be matched with thousands of similar dogs to determine the dog's true genetic age. Therefore the biological age you refer to has nothing to do with this test and is not what we are measuring. With regards to the dog breed test, this is based on the breeds that are available on the laboratory's database. In your case, a very strong presence of a single breed was detected - which is probably on the father's side (which is unknown) since you reported the mother is not a Husky. The fact that we quoted 100% is part of our Level S description which basically indicates that at least one of the parents was close to being a purebred or at least has more than 50% of this breed. It does not mean that the dog is ONLY Siberian Husky. In addition, the team at the laboratory has also reviewed the photo of your dog and it very much looks like a Tamaskan Dog which is very close to the Husky breed. We therefore believe that in this case the tests have both worked as they were supposed to. We hope this explanation further clarifies how the tests work and the results you have received.

An update on 25/11/2020 (the date): Both samples were taken by a Registered Veterinary Nurse, sent by the same courier in the same packet about two weeks ago.
I`ve just got a message that I need to pay not-so-EasyDNA additional 20quid resampling fee because one of the samples was compromised.
I`ll send a picture of the email later on :D (edit: updated with pics)

Unbelievable customer service - it`s as bad as Eircom in late early 2000's Made an order on the 9th and An Post failed to deliver (correct business address open 7 days a week with post code and phone number). Simple matter requiring simple solution.
By the 20th it was back to the EasyDNA office, so I`ve sent an email looking for kit to be resend. The staff - Spencer and Jessica - seemingly refused to simply look at the tracking number to verify what I`m saying and told me to talk with AnPost.... about a parcel that is back with them. It took good few emails to explain a simple fact verifiable with but a glance on the update of the tracking number.

I had just called and, a week later, they hadn`t shipped a replacement kit.
I`ve been told they will send it today (it`s allright it took only 6 days and me calling to get that done) and that I`m to check the tracking number with AnPost everyday to ensure delivery... Like their relationship with their shipper is my problem... Like it`s okay and I`m the unreasonable one... Woman assisting me over the phone today simply though I`m being some kind of stupid - because I want is a kit and have the results for Christmas :-/

This is a great service. I am delighted with my results. I had an intolerance test and they confirmed a lot of what I already knew but also pointed out some I didn't. I am now working on eliminating these and looking forward to a healthier me. Thanks Easy DNA.

This company is very transparent, answers all the questions very fast, delivery of results was even earlier than they had promised. They keep updating you on every step of the test. Really disappointed. Feel taken advantage of and scammed of €100. Got my 15+ year old jack russel cross DNA tested and they came back as a 3.6 year old Bernese Mountain Dog, Great Peryenese, Parson Russel Terrier & Minature Pincher.
Ive tried contacting easy DNA to query the results but only received one email back asking for a customer I.D, which I replied to and got no more contact which is over a week.
Page claims it's in Ireland but results come from Toronto, Canada.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

We would like point out that we received notification of your issue on the 20th September after you provided the reference code to the laboratory (21,22 September was a weekend). Once we checked the case history and discussed with the laboratory to find the optimal solution, on the 24th September we sent an email offering to re-test free of charge to re-confirm the result (all emails sent are logged into our customer management system). To date, we have not received a reply to this email and therefore we were not able to take this matter any further until we get your response.
