Dr. Kevin Sadati Newport Beach, CA

* I had a Facelift, the shortening of the distance between my upper lip and my nose, lower eye lid surgery and a TCA peeling.
* One Star for Integrity and Trust: I was repeatedly lied at when I questioned this doctor about the cause of chemical burns on my neck and on my earlobes.
* One Star for Skills and Aesthetic: When he shortened the distance between my nose and my lips, this doctor repositioned my nostrils in the wrong spot, opening, widening and pulling them downwards and also pinching the skin along the scars.
* He had to operate a second time to reposition my right ear and for the second time, he positioned it wrong. The bottom of both of my ears is pulled downwards and fixed to the cheek, so both ears are longer than they were , though at a different height and position in relation to each other. The skin at the bottom of both ears and in the back of my right ear is pinched.
* One Star for Professionalism, Responsibility and Care. Consequences: an infection in the wounds behind my left ear; dislodging of bottom of left ear lobe; rejection of the sutures around my nose and keloid scarring; extreme eye dryness; a bulge under my left eye .
* My TCA was done carelessly and sloppy, causing me burns the first time and the second when I had to return for a touch-up.
* One Star for Customer Service and Manners: This doctor took no acknowledgement and responsibility for his performance. He belittled the consequences and he always put the blame on me, accusing me of being too nervous and overreacting. He acted rude.
* I asked him for treatment and advice for this consequences and he said he didn't know what to do and suggested to consult with another DR.
* I have consulted with two doctors since and they both agreed that I need additional surgery to correct the pinched skin and the shape of my nose, plus other types of procedures for the scars, with no guarantee of the results.
* I sent him an email explaining the situation and requesting to have a partial refund. He didn't even reply.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible .......results

I just had my consultation with Dr. Sadati. He was 15 minutes late to the meeting. On top of that he seemed very rude and unhelpful. Very short almost one word answers to my questions.

The call started off with him asking "what do you want?" when I clearly put all the info in the email and consultation request email with his assistant.

Does not matter how long you have been doing this or how good your work is, if you are not good at communicating and showing clients you care to build comfort you will lose them.

It was unfortunate that I was not able to hear you clearly due to the background noise and poor connection at your gym which resulted in our short communication. Dr. Sadati is a skillful and very conscientious surgeon. He spends a lot of time with you to discuss the options for your proposed surgery.
He is also very available to you after your surgery to answer any concerns you may have. His surgical staff is outstanding.

I also had some procedures done at the Aesthetic Lounge. Not only is it an absolutely beautiful environment, so are his staff. They are kind and very welcoming. Overall, a great experience with this practice.

How can I thank someone for creating a little miracle? Hopefully by sharing my experience with you and how Dr Kevin Sadati successfully turned the clock backwards.
Having a positive outlook, staying active and embracing life definitely keeps one feeling alive, engaged, relevant and young. However in looking in the mirror my face was not reflective of the same image I personally was feeling. Gravity eventually catches up with all of us in the aging process and that is what I was beginning to see. There is no exercise or magic lotion or potion to permanently change that, as it is inevitable... or is it?
After a face lift surgery I now look exactly the same as I did 12 or so years ago and have the photos to prove it. Initially my biggest concern was that I would not look like myself afterward (as so many others don't). A testaments to Dr Sadati's impeccable skill was a few weeks post surgery when seeing a friend of mine, she studied my face and asked if I was wearing make up then later asked if I had my hair done recently? Of course I answered yes to both. My secret can now be your secret.
