Had a great experience, the staff was wonderful and Dr. G. A good communicator, the results were great,I wish I had done it before. A fantastic self esteem boost.

Dr. Sam is an artist when it comes to body sculpting. And his staff is the friendliest and most professional I've ever met! Their tender care made my surgery experience the best I've ever had and I'm extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend them.

this is the worse doctor in all Florida my wife had eyes lids surgery top and bottom with him 20 years ago her eyes are a lot smaller then before and the outside corners are square .this is not a professional doctor he even never offer a correction she is really not looking good

After a blepharoplasty, complaints of smaller eyes and square outside corners are clear indications of a canthoplasty procedure. Dr Gershenbaum has never been a fan of that type of procedure and has never performed that type of procedure. It is certainly unusual to hear of this complaint, especially after 20 years. Through extensive follow up and the occasional revision, Dr. Gershenbaum has shown that he is committed to helping each of his patient’s reach their goals. His attention to detail has earned him the reputation as a “perfectionist.” Dr Gershenbaum would welcome any patient to discuss concerns about their surgery.

I had surgery with Dr. G on June 12 and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I reached out to Dr. G and his staff it’s been nothing but the best experience. I worked with Eyra the coordinator and she was super friendly-she always answered my questions no matter what hour of the day it was. I flew in from out of town so she was extremely patient with me in addressing all my questions,concerns, and insecurities. The day of surgery is when I had my first in person consultation and his nurses and staff were super friendly knew my case very well and really just calmed my nerves. Then, I met Dr. G. He was very nice and professional and i could just tell it was all about the patients wants and that he really cared to make you happy. He took his time, I never felt rushed -it had to be over an hour making sure we talked about everything before I went in for surgery. So that also made me feel good, and just reassured me that I chose the right doctor. He definitely exceeded my expectations. He worked with my budget from the moment I contacted him and there was never any pressure or annoying emails or calls to get me to go to him. It really was an amazing experience and I can’t wait until my results are set because I already look amazing :) Thanks Dr. G, Eyra, and staff- you definitely have my recommendation any time and will be sending friends and family to you all!

On June 5th, 2015, my son had calf implant surgery performed by Dr. Sam Gershenbaum in Miami, Florida to correct atrophy in his leg due to a congenital birth condition. He was in severe pain post op and suffered Compartment Syndrome, an emergency situation.The implants were not removed until 7 days post op at my son's demands. Compartment Syndrome causes death to the nerves and muscles unless the obstruction is removed immediately, resulting in paralysis.

At the time of surgery, Dr. Gerschenbaum did not carry medical malpractice insurance. Floridadoes not requiremedical malpractice insurance be carried. Attorneys did not want to take the case because it is so difficult to collect on a judgement when the physician did not carry insurance.

After Dr. Gerschenbaum learned that my son's limb was paralyzed,he refused taking and/or returningour calls. Photo of my son's leg is attached after we returned home. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

We always have a patients best interests at heart and strive to exceed patient expectations. No surgeon, however, can guarantee against complications. Although infrequent, complications in plastic surgery, as with any surgery, can and do occur. It is imperative that patients follow instructions and recommendations so as to avoid complications or minimize the effects there of. If signs and symptoms present themselves suggesting an impending complication, a patient should certainly follow recommendations for the safest course of action. Refusing to follow recommendations in a timely fashion, or not at all, may certainly lead to further compromise. Physicians and surgeons can only make suggestions and recommendations, and cannot force anyone to do something against their will. We return all of our patients calls, as it is our ethical duty to do so.

This one star is literally because Dr. G is such a talented surgeon. The four lacking stars are because him and his staff should be ashamed to call themselves professionals. Worse service I have ever received in my life. If I treated someone the way I have been treated by this plastic surgery office I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night. BE WARNED these are not honest people!!!!!!

There are those infrequent times when even after beautiful results and letters sent of appreciation and acknowledgment of those beautiful results, patients may not end up happy. This is quite unfortunate. As surgeons, we do everything we can to make our patients happy, as that is our goal. There are those, however, who simply do not understand that surgery is not magic and has limitations. As we push the envelope to make things larger or smaller, better, firmer, lifted, tighter, we must use our best judgement in knowing the limitations and when we have done as much as we can do or should do. There is certainly a fine line between well done and over done, and one step further can lead to a complication or a poor result. As surgeons, we walk that fine line all the time, and always strive to stay on the side of well done. It is not uncommon that discussions and an agreement prior to the procedure will allow the surgeon to make the necessary decisions to ensure optimal results and lowest chance of complications. I stand by my work and welcome patients to reach out to me anytime they have questions or concerns.

I had a breast augmentation 4 months ago, and having Dr. Gershenbaum do my surgery was the best desicion I made. He is very knowledgable and he knows what he is doing. After the surgery I had minimal pain, just some discomfort..4 months after I can say that my breasts are just how I wanted them, they look and feel very natural and the scar is almost non visible!
I recommend him 100%!

One of the best decisions I have ever made. Every moment at Dr Gs offices was perfect. The staff, the knowledge and most of all the outcome was an A+. I cannot say enough about Dr G and his team Eyra, Marlin and Dr Aguerro. Just say yes... you will be in perfect hands!
