We had a blast on this cruise.. Jeff and Abby were so fun and knowledgeable about the dolphins and the area. Boating by all of the spectacular homes on the water through St. John's Bay was a treat and Jeff's humor and knowledge li about those homes and their history was awesome.. then Abby went into sharing all that she knows (which is a lot) about the dolphins when we saw them. Abby was attentive to us for our drinks and comfort s aboard. What a great time! Thanks guys!

Friendly and entertaining staff, very knowledgeable about the houses on the cruise. Only saw 2 dolphins but it's all about luck

UPDATE**
when I thought a company couldn't possibly do more for their guests than I had already experienced they AGAIN blew me away
with their treatment.. so I misplaced an ear bud while on the boat (I know right) this is how it all went ....after I lost it .....
thank you so much for your time and looking for it, it does mean alot to me, It probably sounds silly to have your earbuds out on a dolphin quest right? maybe? I was sharing my experience with my husband at home 1400 miles away before he went to work that night (officer) was trying to eliminate some of the stresses he deals with every day with the beautiful sunset; and thats exactly what your dolphin quest was able to give us that time, gorgeous setting at sunset, it was beautiful. you guys really do such a great job, it was my pleasure to leave you a 5 star review you guys are really awesome i cant thank you enough honestly thank you again
WELL...what I can tell you is, When I arrived at home I got this in the mail! They looked for it, found it, and mailed it to me back to New York!! SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!!!, this company is second to no one as far as im concerned, the absolute best in customer service A+++++++++++

We had an amazing experience on the dolphin quest !! The customer service we experienced was like no other !! They went above and beyond what was expected from them and it whist made our experience so memorable I'm so great full. We have all found ourselves at one time in that situation you look down my battery on my camera phone is 5% and I'm about to go on a dolphin quest !!! The gentleman behind the customer service counter gave me his charger to use and charged my phone so i could take pictures and videos the entire time while on the quest!!!! No questions asked !! He was so accommodating i was blown away ! Good customer service these days are few and far between but EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RARE BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION !!!! THANK YOU FOR THE MEMORIES WE WILL HAVE FOREVER we can't wait to come back again !!!!thank you John's Pass Madeira Beach Superb ??????????

Outstanding company! Fun, informative and very professional. Can't wait to come back and try the pirate adventure and shark tour too!!! They even gave us a picture of the awesome crew!! LOL
