Derek Eastman - State Farm Insurance

I called Derek Eastman State Farm Insurance last year to receive a quote on auto insurance. I have an excellent driving record and my credit score is 810. My first dealing with this office was pleasant.Ultimately,I decided to go with another insurance carrier whose premium was lower. I kept receiving ads in the mail from Eastman and my current carrier increased my premium so at the end of Oct 2010 I decided to call Derek Eastman for another quote. I provided my information and was told somone would call me back with a quote. A week passed and No one contacted me so I called them and left another message...it's now the first week in January 2012 and still NO response. Poor customer service! Why bother sending junk mail to advertise your company if you have no desire for new business?
