I would thoroughly recommend the Data Recovery Lab if you are panicking about lost data and have been told there is little chance of retrieving it. After my SD card for my phone defaulted and I lost over 10k pieces of date, I was told by various companies there was little chance of getting the data back. However after contacting the Lab, I was reassured that this was possible and the experts that work there were one hundred percent successful in retrieving all my data. Not only are the employees complete experts in what they do, they are also extremely reassuring from start to finish in their communication with the client, which made me feel relaxed and at ease. Perfect service, Navid answered all my stupid questions and chatted away to me whilst I noseyed around the office. Answered all emails and texts immediately and called me when I was confused. I lost some crucial images through a corrupted SD card in a camera, and Navid and his team did an absolutely fantastic job in not only recovering all the files, but doing it within a week of submitting the card. This guy josef sold or GAVE away my phone a P20 Huawei mate pro dual sim. After several weeks of lies and making me go to finchley twice for no reason he tried to give me a phone which was completely smashed and all the data was gone even though I he had not done any data recovery yet. He then agreed to to replace my phone but gave me a single sim phone what a thief. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Mr William's claim is untrue and is not based on the facts. This customer brought us a Huawei 128GB Mate Pro phone on 9th of December 2020 for data recovery. He then completely disappeared for over 10 months and we could not contact him at all because he did not give us any email or phone number so that we could contact him and update him on the case. According to the terms of our service made clear to all customers at the time they bring devices to us, any item left unclaimed for over 30 days without contact, are disposed securely. In this particular case, because we did not have any means to contact the customer, (No phone or email or even a physical address), we decided to transfer the item to long term storage. Mr Williams called us after 10 months asking for an update. We explained the situation and told him that despite abandoning the phone for such a long time, we will retrieve the mobile phone from long term storage and give it back to him. As the phone had been damaged in long term storage, we agreed to replace it with exactly the same which was a brand new Huawei Mate Pro 128GB Dual SIM. Therefore, Mr Williams claim the replacement phone was a single SIM phone is baseless and untrue and we have proof of purchase for that. His comments do not reflect the fact on the ground.

Best customer Service!!! Fixed my hard drive with all of my photos and videos that I have collected over the past 15 years! Really friendly and gave good honest advice. Definitely recommend and will use again! Thank you

Hidden away in deepest darkest North Finchley I discovered a team who were able to recover my files from an external drive that had imploded. As a journalist I am an unashamed information hoarder (hmm that may come in useful sometime!) so all my research and two magazine launch photos and editorial would have been lost. Plus some lovely photos of me when I was young and good looking! Thank you Data Recovery Lab!

We do not recognise this customer and we do not have anyone under that name in our paying customers. This person who has not even left any comments and there is only one word in a foreign language.

Do not read these bunch of fake reviews. I had two files on a usb which I thought I couldn't retrieve. 3 phone calls here. Not in a single one was I told what it would cost. I waste my afternoon driving there girl meets me outside the door looks at pen drive and without even testing says £250-£300 !!!!! She must have diagnosed the problem in the palm of her hands by magic.
I take the pen drive to a computer guy down the road, no charge says it's working fine probably didn't push it in hard enough.
Just goes to show you decency!!!

All our customers come to us by appointment and we do not accept walk-in customers. We do not have any records that someone under the name "Rita Salk" ever made a booking to come to us or used our services therefore, judgement about our data recovery service is not valid. It must be noted that we do not provide any quotations over the phone and always ask customers to make an appointment and bring their device for a free examination and quotation. If, as it is claimed, we'd had the chance to examine the memory stick and had found that there were not any problems with the device, we would have told her and would never have charged her. It is clear from her remarks that we did NOT check or assess the memory stick therefore we could not have made any professional judgement on whether there was any fault with the memory stick or whether we could recover any data from it. We do not charge for examining a device nor charge when data recovery is not successful.
