Darch Oil

Ordered oil through the heating oil company after 3 weeks I tried contacting the company filling in the form online no response the following week spoke to someone said they were going to sort it 36 days after the order I visited the office sorted out delivery the following day

Been calling multiple times for 3 days, left 2 messages, nobody ever picks up and they don't answer messages either, queues on phone non existent (voicemail says "customer no1 in queue"), can't book online because they say I must call. Right... Went to Ford Fuels, seamless booking process and they actually do respond to customers. That's where I will be doing my business with now despite not initially be my first choice. Very poor customer services at Darch oil and previous reviews confirm it too .

Darch Oil Management you please need to spend some time teaching your office staff how to treat customers correctly and be respectful. I have been a customer of Darch Oil for a number of years but the way I have just been treated by One of your staff members is disgusting and I will be moving my business to another company

Shocking.
We booked an oil delivery almost a week in advance, paying extra for a specified Thursday delivery.
No sign of any oil by midday on Thurs, so my husband called and was promised a callback. No contact (or oil) 4 hours later and nearing the end of the day we called again. The manager called back.
No explanation, just said we'd get our oil on Friday.
It's now 5.15 on Friday. No oil. No contact. No heating and 3 kids home for the weekend, so we've had to go out and buy some and attempt to part fill the tank by hand, in the dark, because no-one had the decency to do what they said they would or even take the time to tell us they couldn't.
We're booked for Monday apparently. No apology, zero effort or interest in actually helping.
Dreadful service on every front.
