The hotel itself is fantastic. I have flown to Ft Myers several times a year over the past several years and have stayed at several area hotels. The Crowne Plaza at Bell Tower keeps bringing me back to it exclusively because of their service, cleanliness, and professionalism.Report
Most recently I was viewing a football game in the attached restaurant and bar and over indulged. I was quietly and respectfully asked to return to my room and was escorted there safely by bar and hotel staff. I'll admit that I was initially displeased by the request but because of the gracious manner in which I was treated I complied. It easily could have been worse but the staff were professional in every way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Bell Tower. It is conveniently located and close to many shops. We attended a beautiful wedding and the catering staff could not have been more helpful and so pleasant. Billy was the absolute best! I would recommend this hotel to anyone having a wedding or just want to have a nice relaxing vacation.Report
