CDP was formed in 1997 to provide services, training, and life coaching to the physically and mentally disabled. Our staff has over 35 years experience working with developmentally delayed children and adults with special needs.

We follow the motto “Don't make them, enable them”. This means finding the right services, the right funding, and the right agencies within a client's community to provide the support and education needed to achieve an independent and fulfilling life.

CDP assists it's clients in learning life skills through training with job coaches and social interaction with other clients in the community. This can range from going shopping for a week's groceries to planning a full menu, attending college programs to participating in sports, spending time with a friend at a coffee shop to learning how to utilize the local transit systems to obtain work transportation.
