Horrible. I had dropped off a jacket to have work done to it with these people twice, and each time they took around 6 months if not longer. They lost my jacket/order each time or something, and when i called in about it the woman on the phone was very rude. I almost just let it go and decided not to leave a bad review, but fast forward a year or so into the future: Found a sewing holder pin in my sleeve that was sewn up into it, and it was stabbing my arm and cutting it up. Hope that needle was clean and I don't get tetanus. Don't go here, folks.
