Circle Audi was my first experience in Audi vehicle ownership. The personnel at the dealership was only matched by the quality and craftsmanship of the vehicle I ended up purchasing. I was kept informed throughout the process of selecting, reserving, and taking delivery of the vehicle. The sales, finance, and service staff gave me every reason to come back and purchase another vehicle at Circle Audi of Long Beach in the future. It was my best car-buying experience ever.

We came from San Francisco and went to Palo Alto Audi and Burlingame Audi where we were not treated very well because we looked like "non-buyers" to them. Truth was we were in search of a specific car and they kept trying to sell us cars they had in stock on the lot then try to attend to what we really wanted. On a family vacation we stopped by Circle Audi and so glad we did! Ken (Kenny) greeted us instantly and adhered to our every need, he was the best! Super friendly and understanding. Cannot express the amazing customer service we received! David made it happen and got the car we wanted by bringing it in from San Diego! If that doesn't say customer service I don't know what will! Cicle Audi made us feel like family and never pressured us into anything. Their customer service and kindness was what really drove us to make the final purchase. Thank you Circle Audi!

Quick check-in, video of service from technician, and no unnecessary "money-grab" services were pushed on me. Final price was reflective of the initial estimate. I live in Norcal, but would definitely service here again while visiting family instead of any other dealers up here.

Robert was awesome, he was able to go through all the numbers via text so once we got to the dealership everything was sorted out and super quick. He was very straight forward and honest like a true professional, yet friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend.
