About Christopher Huot, MD

Dr. Huot is a board certified opththalmologist with special interests in the treatment of cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma and oculoplastics (disorders of the eyelids). He offers advanced no-stitch cataract surgery with premium lens implantation to help reduce the need for glasses in his patients. He was raised in Rapid City and graduated locally from Stevens High School. His undergraduate education began at SDSM&T before transferring to the University of Minnesota where he completed his B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He returned to South Dakota for medical school earning his medical degree at USD.
