I received a quote on my first request, a real and friendly person was available to discuss and adjust this quote (which was very reasonable), the phone was answered by same person, every time during working hours, the invoice and correspondence arrived when requested and e-mails were answered on the same day!
I was kept informed of the arrival time of the truck, an efficient friendly team quickly loaded at agreed time, everything arrived on promised date!

It was such a great experience. The guys were professional, fast and friendly. They cleaned up wherever they walked, covered the items with care and nothing went missing -(my items was placed in storage for just over 2 months). The office team really went the extra mile to assist me with a speedy removal and they responded very quickly with all communication. I will definitely recommend them!

Cape Removals helped me relocate from Johannesburg all the way to Mdantsane. I was liaising with Sue and she was very helpful and supportive every step of the way. The gents who came to collect were highly professional and careful, put stickers on every item for tracking. They further gave me a copy with a list of the items collected, which I used on delivery to see if everything was there.

Everything that had been loaded into the truck arrived with no missing items and no damage to anything, literally no scratch which was quite surprising. The truck collected the goods on Thursday in Midrand and got delivered on Saturday in Mdantsane.
