Candlewood Suites Richmond-South

The rooms are nice and clean. My particular room housed a King sized bed with a Kitchenette. The show contains enough water PRESSURE that it provides a DEEP TISSUE Massage throughout the entirety of your shower. Unfortunately, for all of its, "Pros," I eventually found that there was at least One glaring, "CON," there was NO television guide. SHAME!!!

Me, my wife, and friend had to switch hotels due to bugs being on the kitchen floor of this hotel. We were given the option of staying and getting a discount, but we all thought this was unacceptable, and booked a room at another Candlewood suites location. This is the first time i've ever experienced this, and was really put off by the handling of the situation.

Infested with roaches, immediately obvious upon entering the room, got a refund and left.

The staff was not courteous, the room was not very clean. Overall it was a bad experience. I feel like this was an isolated experience and will continue to use IHG in the future, just not this location

This was the most peaceful stay I've had in awhile. I was visiting family and friends and the hotel staff made me feel at home. A special thank you to George at the front desk for great service. In addition, the owners were very welcoming and on site for me to give my compliments as I was leaving. Very quiet and comfy!

I liked the room and its layout. Overall, a nice room. My only complaint is noise - the folks next to me had a couple of yappie dogs. I slept with ear plugs, but extra soundproofing would help, as would designating a specific area for people with animals.

This Place is AMAZING, clean, quiet, couldn't have been happier and the staff is great!!

I am truly disappointed in the process of additional deposit, I did do deposit and have yet to have it returned. During these times financial situation are not easy. And after driving two hours and having procedures done a Veterans Hospital. I will let this hotel be my last choice.
