Jacques takes pride in educating his friends and clients and their businesses in making wise financial decisions. His focus is to ensure that our clients have a verifiable strategy and the best financial products to give them a lifetime of financial success. Jacques passion is teaching anyone in his path how to better plan their current money flow with no additional cost by maximizing their wealth potential.

Prior to beginning Byrdhouse Solutions, Azure Financial Group, and Windsor Capital Maui, Jacques was retired in Maui from a career in technology. When retirement proved itself less exciting than helping people succeed, he began helping people here on Maui develop new business ventures. In doing so, he saw the need to build a free community classroom providing local residents with the training and education to succeed in the personal finance and business world today. Seeing many good people on Maui being taken advantage of in business, Jacques is helping create Axiom Education Foundation, a free community classroom providing local residents with the training and education to succeed.



Jacques has been providing planning, system structuring, debt management, and wealth accumulation strategies for both businesses and personal clients for over 10 years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for both nonprofit, private and community firms and has been a primary business advisor to many start-up and leading-edge companies as: Service Net, Accent Marketing, Lockheed Martin, Sun Systems, PepsiCo., and Federal Express. He has received many awards and recognitions and asked to speak nationwide in a variety of fields including: Technology, Leadership, Sales Support, Real Estate, Mortgages, and Finance.

Jacques is a Certified Lifetime Economic Acceleration Planner, Microsoft Certified Engineer, Cisco Architect, Persian Gulf Veteran Marine, 32° Mason, Kentucky Derby Horse owner, and an ordained clergyman. He attended the University of California San Diego and the University of Kentucky where he specialized in business management and mathematics.
